Intellectual property: the texts, photographs and logo of this site belong to the publisher. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Allergens: please report any allergy or intolerance in your request. Dishes are adapted on request, but our preparations may contain or come into contact with the 14 allergens that must be declared: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs.

Prices and quotes: the prices shown are indicative, excl. VAT, and may vary depending on date, place and number of guests. Only the written quote binds the caterer.

Privacy and data protection (GDPR)

Data collected: only what you enter in the quote request form (name, email, phone, date and place of the event, number of guests, menu wishes, allergies or diets, free message) and what is in our email exchanges. The form is hosted by Google Forms. Information about allergies or diets may reveal health data: you share it voluntarily, and we use it only to adapt the menu.

Visitor statistics: the site anonymously counts page views (page viewed, referring site, device type). A random identifier, valid only for the duration of the open tab, allows a visit to be followed between pages. No cookie is set and no IP address or personal data is recorded.

Purposes and legal bases: to answer your request and prepare a quote, at your request, before any contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR); to perform the service and meet our accounting and tax obligations if you place an order (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c); to adapt the menu to your allergies or diets, with your explicit consent given by informing us (art. 9.2.a). No automated decision-making, no profiling, no commercial prospecting without your agreement.

Recipients: the publisher only, as well as Google Ireland Limited as processor for the form (Google Forms) and email. Transfers outside the European Union may take place, covered by the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision). Your data is neither sold nor passed on to other third parties.

Retention period: requests with no follow-up are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange; in the event of an order, accounting documents are kept for the legal period (7 years).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of your consent at any time. Write to traiteurfrederic5621@gmail.com: we reply within one month. Cookies and trackers: this site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are built into the site: no resource is loaded from a third-party server when the page is displayed. Links to Facebook and Google Forms are only followed if you click them; those services then apply their own privacy policies.
