Why entrust everything to a single contact

Organising an event means about ten decisions and as many reminders: finding the venue, comparing quotes, chasing guests, fixing the schedule, checking the day before that everything is ready. With me, you have one person who knows your project from start to finish and who is also at the stove on the day. No passing the buck between suppliers, no nasty surprises on the bill.

Specifically, I take care of:

  • defining the format, budget and atmosphere with you;
  • selecting and booking the hall or venue, and handling the inspection and timings;
  • preparing and sending invitations, following up and keeping the list up to date (diets, allergies, children);
  • organising logistics: furniture, tableware, drinks, sound, decoration, possibly music or photographer;
  • coordinating the team and welcoming your guests on the day;
  • coordinating suppliers (florist, music, photographer…);
  • preparing and serving the meal, and clearing up afterwards.

My partner suppliers

Depending on your event, I call on trusted professionals, whom I coordinate for you:

  • Florist and decoration: centrepieces, arch, hall atmosphere;
  • Music and entertainment: DJ, band, host, children's entertainment;
  • Photographer and videographer: photos of the evening, souvenir film, photo booth;
  • Lighting and sound: ambient lighting, microphone, screen for presentations;
  • Furniture and hire: tables, chairs, tablecloths, tableware, tents, high tables;
  • Cake and croquembouche: artisan pastry chef;
  • Drinks and bar: bartender, cocktails, unlimited beer and soft drinks;
  • Children's entertainment: games, face painting, dedicated space;
  • Tent or marquee: for outdoor receptions;
  • Logistics: serving staff, end-of-evening cleaning, parking, shuttle or valet if needed;
  • Event insurance: cancellation and liability, depending on the scale of the event;
  • Accommodation: rooms for your guests or multi-day seminars.

Each supplier is invoiced at cost, with no margin. You have one point of contact and one budget to follow.

How it works

  1. Your needs: type of event, date, number of guests, budget.
  2. Venue and programme: I suggest a hall or venue, and a running order.
  3. Invitations and preparation: I send, follow up and compile the replies.
  4. The big day: I set up, coordinate and cook. You welcome your guests.
