Frédéric Barthels, private chef and caterer.
I have been cooking for more than twenty years. Traiteur Frédéric has existed since 2003: I started with family and festive meals, then receptions, buffets and dinners at home, across the Namur, Dinant, Florennes and Charleroi region.
Since 2013 I have also been a private chef on the Oh-Chef platform, where countless meals taught me to adapt to every kitchen, every table and every guest.
My way of cooking
Quality ingredients, preferably from local suppliers, and everything is homemade. I arrive at your place, cook on site, present each dish and the origin of the ingredients, then clear up the kitchen. You enjoy your guests, I take care of the rest.
Passing it on
I teach Italian cuisine and, more recently, world cuisine at EAFC Rance. Teaching keeps my technique precise and my curiosity alive.
Who is it for?
Gastronomic dinners at home, birthdays, weddings, communions, corporate meals, brunches, barbecues and buffets. I have also had the honour of cooking for prestigious tables.
