What is your service area?
I travel to Namur, Dinant, Philippeville, Florennes, Walcourt, Charleroi, Ciney, Gembloux, Andenne and neighbouring towns. Travel is free within a 40 km radius. Beyond that it is charged at €0.50 excl. VAT per additional km, return trip.
What does the chef's service include?
The service includes shopping, preparation, being on site, service, plating of the dishes and clearing up the kitchen. Ingredients come from local suppliers.
Do I need to provide tableware and drinks?
Plates and cutlery should be provided at your place, or hired on quote. Bread, butter, water and wine are not included. There is no corkage fee: you drink your own wines, and a wine package is available as an option.
